Our Doctors
Rayza Cordero, MD Dr. Cordero was born and raised in Miami. She graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School in 1992 and later obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. A move with her husband to Texas led her to complete her medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. After medical school she returned home to Miami to carry out her internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital where she served an additional year as Pediatric Chief Resident. She is also Board Certified in Pediatrics. She lives with her husband and and daughter in Coconut Grove.
Marta Perez-Silva, MD Dr. Perez-Silva was born and raised in Miami. She has completed all of her education locally, graduating high school at Lourdes Academy in 1996 and later completing her undergraduate training and medical school at the University of Miami, always graduating with the highest honors including membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Omega Alpha. and receipt of the Warren W. Quillian Award for Excellence in Pediatrics. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She currently lives with her husband and young son in Coral Gables. In her free time she loves to travel and is an avid Miami Hurricanes fan.
Lia Rodriguez, MD Dr. Rodriguez was born in Massachusetts and raised in Puerto Rico and Argentina. She completed her undergraduate training at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she graduated with honors including membership in Phi Beta Kappa. During her college years she moved to Miami and decided to make it her home. She attended medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and later completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She lives blocks away from the office with her husband and daughter. In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, photography, and planning her future travels. |
