Insurance and Payment For insurance purposes, you will need to bring your child's insurance card every time you visit our office. Co-payments are required at the time of your visit. They cannot be waived by our office. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and personal checks. We currently participate with the following insurance companies:
We are always expanding our participation with health insurance companies. If your insurance is not listed above, please call the office to inquire about our participation. If we are not participating providers with your insurance, we ask that you pay for treatment at the time of service. We will be happy to assist you in submitting the necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed for services. However, it is the patient's responsibility to follow up on outstanding claims. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, feel free to call our office. If you do not have medical insurance, special arrangements for payment can be made.
